Hi, congrats on starting your blog! It looks awesome, I like this clean style, it makes thing easier to read and locate (and I find it aesthetically pleasing too).

Hmmm, my fave authors are Maggie Stiefvater, Sarah Rees Brennan, V.E. Schwab, Seanan McGuire, Ilona Andrews, and Leigh Bardugo. I’m currently avoiding reading the last book in the Kate Daniels series because I’m not ready for it to be over, and constantly bemoaning the lack of diversity in media: it’s not just about ethnicity or gender/sexuality (but that’s super important too!) we also need more characters who are neuroatypical, fat, introverted, of different backgrounds, with different interests, different religious beliefs etc Right?

Good luck with the blog, and thank for the giveaway!

I like variety in my reading life, so when I read I usually like to switch things up, read an adult book, then YA, then middle-grade, and switch up genres all the time, too, like if I’ve just read a contemporary romance then maybe I’ll reach for something historical or fantasy. As far as favorite authors, it’s so tough to narrow that down, Jane Austen and Lucy Maud Montgomery for classics, and then among my current favorites are Julie Murphy and Jenny Han.

My love of books began when I found some of my mom’s old hardcover Nancy Drew books in my closet, when I was 13 years old. She bought me Nancy Drew books for every holdiay and my birthday ever since and I still have them. I have a whole collection, including the 4 hardback “blue cover” books. I didn’t continue buying them but I have over 50 of the books 🙂 I gave the blue cover, (older ones) to my niece for her daughter, my great niece, in hopes that she will love reading too, when she gets older!!
